Getting Started
Before you start inputting data, you may want to set up some core settings on the configuration page such as:
- Custom Fields - you can rename your location identifiers (by default:
Section, Lot, Grave) and you can rename five of the data fields to be anything
you like. If you want to switch back to the default settings, just click on the
Restore Defaults button, then click Save. Remember to click Save after any
changes you make or you won't keep your settings.
- Cemeteries - you can have any number of cemeteries in your organzation,
and sometimes you may find creating separate cemeteries can be useful if you
need specialized maps. When you click on the Cemetery Manager you see a listing
of cemeteries already defined. Clicking on the cemetery name allows you to edit
that record. You can click on the Add New link to create a new cemetery. For
precautions, you are not permitted to delete cemeteries, if you need a cemetery
deleted you need to contact us at tbgtom@gmail.com.
- Lot Types - defines the dimensions of your graves and assigns pricing
accordingly. When you click on the Lot Type Manager you see a listing of lot
types already defined. Clicking on the Lot Type Description allows you to edit
that record. You can click on the Add New link to create a new lot type record.
For precautions, you are not permitted to delete lot types, if you need a lot
type deleted please contact us at tbgtom@gmail.com.
You can also manage your Purchasers from the configuration page. When you click
on the Purchasers Manager you see a listing of purchasers already inputted to
the system. Clicking on a purchaser name allows you to edit that record. You can
click on the Add New link to create a new purchaser record, or you can add
purchasers "on the fly" while you input your database via the data entry page.
For precautions, you are not permitted to delete purchasers, if you need a
purchaser deleted please contact us at tbgtom@gmail.com.
