What is The Crypt Keeper?
The Crypt Keeper is TBGTOM’s flagship cemetery record management software. It helps cemeteries, churches, and municipalities move from paper records to a secure digital system that is easier to manage, search, and share.
With both online and desktop options, the software gives your organization flexibility. You can access records from anywhere using the online version, or maintain local control with the desktop version.
Features include cemetery record organization, searchable data, customizable maps, images, reporting, multi-user access, and tools to help preserve important historical information.
How to Use These Tutorials
This tutorial series is designed to walk you through the most common features step by step. We recommend reviewing all of the tutorials before you begin using the software heavily.

Importing Existing Data
If you would like your existing cemetery data uploaded into your online account, please make sure your records follow our import standards.
Additional columns can also be imported. If the columns do not match standard fields, they can usually be placed into custom fields.
