If you input for sale graves how can you go back and check to make sure that you did not put it in twice?

You can review the Search page, or run a Report to determine if you have duplicates in the system. However, there are times when some graves may have more than one record assigned to a single grave. We've seen that with many cemeteries, and this would not be a duplication issue.

I believe you could also go to "Configuration/Settings" > "Purchasers Manager" > then EDIT your "Purchaser".
At this time you should see a list of all the "Graves" attached to that Purchaser.
If you see an error, you can edit that record from here, after making changes, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and either SAVE the record, or if it the "DUP" that you want to DELETE (after thinking about it 2-3 time) press DELETE.
