How can I make a backup of our records?

The primary solution would be to click on the View/Edit Your Data feature and then click on the EXPORT menu. From there you will be provided all your account data in tab-delimited text format. From there you can use the data in a variety of ways.

You can also create a custom report that includes all the data columns of your account. Then export that to either excel or text.
