Keep in mind that the application doesn't know what you have available unless you have a completed map designed, and even then the functions for returning data are limited. For best results, if this is a need, you may want to generate empty records for available graves which would give you more reporting control.

We've generated a full map of both used and available plots available in each lot and section. We are looking for a way to pull a report based off of the entered information that our caretaker can use to sell available graves and know what is available at a glance instead of sorting thru every grave # in each lot and grouping them together manually to find graves next to each other. Unfortunately all of the previous boards have never kept any list of available graves in each lot so we are trying to develop a way to create a list to use going forward.

Have you tried looking under the Reports feature and then choosing the List Available Graves Based On Map report?

I've tried that and it gives me all open graves 1 in every plot, all open graves 2 in every plot. I'm looking to pull it by section, plot, then list out the grave #'s available within that plot area. So it would in theory produce a report that shows section a, plot 1 graves 1, 4, 9 open, plot 2 graves 3, 7, 8 open, etc.
